One of J.T.'s greatest holiday gifts...
Has to be the classic movie Miracle on 34th Street originally played by Jimmy Stewart. The more modernized remake of this movie lends to another of J.T.'s greater talents, and about this time each year during the holiday season, on cue, J.T. Walsh returns to remind us of his great talents and also join our homes during the holiday warmth.

I remember often popping by J.T.'s estate and bringing him holiday treats. Often he was alone and it was a quiet time, but having friends over during a quiet evening, shooting the breeze and kicking back were just great times with a great friend. There wasn't anything we could not discuss and believe me, J.T. had a great ear for listening.

But this time of year is always special, because he comes back to us again and again, and as a good guy, tough prosecutor, who softens up in the end. Its like in some ways the old debative J.T. Walsh I know, and often I dread the end of the movie, cause its like saying good bye to my old friend during the holidays. You just hate that ending even though it is a great but somewhat lonely ending in a sense, and you can't help but feel for the character, but also the real life family members who watch J.T. Walsh on screen too.

But once again within coming weeks, we will get to say hello to J.T. and welcome him into our homes when he pops into the tv set both in character and spirit, and know that he is seated right beside us watching the flick and reminiscing the parts and life.

So when the newer Miracle on 34th Street pops on the tube, take an hour or two and enjoy our old friend who has become a big part of our lives and enjoy the time we get to spend with him. Than feel good and go forward and be wqith your family and friends and have fun during this warm holiday season, and just remember while J.T. might not physically be here anymore, his sipirt and the spirit in his work from the near past still is...

Seasons Greetings everyone.

This is probably the only movie he is in that I haven't seen.
Just watched Breakdown again. Oh man, I love it when he walks up on Kurt Russell's character and puts the fear of God straight into him!!!
